Any and all information you provide The Cat's Meow for the processing of your order shall
forever remain with us. We will not share, sell, or publish your private information.
SHIPPING POLICY
Items in stock will ship within three days.
The Cat's Meow will only ship within the continental United States. We will mail your items
via Priority Mail and charge a standard flat fee of $6.00 to one location. If you should
require multiple ship locations, please communicate with us for shipping charges.
Additional shipping charges will apply to orders of large quantities.
ORDER AND PAYMENT POLICY
You may order at your convenience through our website with your credit card.
The shopping cart is secure and your information is encrypted during transmission.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
You may also order online with the option of mailing or calling in your check
or credit card information. Our phone number is 931-389-0064. Our business
hours are Monday through Saturday 10:00-5:00pm and until 7:00pm on Thursday evenings.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any merchandise.
RETURN POLICY
If something is not right, please tell us within three days. Personalized items are
NOT returnable. Please, please check your order for accuracy before submitting it. We will inspect all items, but should you find something defective, we will replace it.
